I'm trying to configure NM-CUE Cisco Unity Express 3.0.1 on a 3845
I have already set the commands
interface Service-Engine1/0
ip unnumbered GigabitEthernet0/1
service-module ip address 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.0
service-module ip default-gateway 192.168.1.1
If I try to access by the command :
CME#service-module service-Engine 1/0 session
Trying 192.168.1.1, 2066 ... Open
User Access Verification
Username:
A user and pass is asked but I have no configured nither the user nor the pass, is a new module
Is there a default pass in order to access to the module?
I tried to reset the pass via command but this message is displayed:
CME#
Mar 11 18:44:37.521: %SERVICEMODULE-3-PASSWORDRESET: Service module Service-Engine1/0 password reset not supported
C3845-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 12.4(15)T3
How can I have access to the module?

Check the authentication settings on the terminal line associated with the CUE module. In your case you should have "line 66" in your config. Sounds like there is a username/password required for this line.
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.
