Users Assignment Issues IM & Presence

Hi everyone,

i'm facing problems with Cisco IM & Presence with users assignments. Specifically, when I create a users on CUCM End User Section, some of them are not assigned on the IM & Presence. I tried to fix the problem restarting the Sync Agent on the Serviceability but with no results. I uploaded a file that could help you to better understand my problem.
