when users log into their user profile on the CUCM and instead of the system loading the user profile only it automatically loads the CUCM administration page. which is not meant to be.
the CUCM is fully inregrated with LDAP and extension mobility is enabled for users to log in to get their profile.

Hi
Regardless of LDAP sync or not, the users should get no access unless they are added to groups in the End User config page on CCMAdmin.
If you are absolutely certain that they are being redirected to ccmadmin when logging into ccmuser, AND that they are not in the groups which grant them access, then you have a problem with your server.
You could try restartint Tomcat (SSH to the server and enter 'utils service restart Cisco Tomcat') or raise a case with Cisco.

Aaron

Hi
What URL are you using to reach the user page? This should be http://callmanagerserver/ccmuser, not /ccmadmin
It also sounds like you may have the users in the wrong groups. Users typically need to be in just the 'Standard CCM End Users' group, and possibly on of the 'CTI' groups depending what apps you run. Don't add them to 'Standard CCMAdmin Users' or anything like that...

thanks for the response Aaron, the URL is http://callmanagerserver/ccmuser, and also when i use the /ccmadmin, they still log into the admin page. i think they shouldnt be able to log into the /ccmadmin.
because the CCM is fully integrated with LDAP, the user database is on the active directory and the CCM only synchronises and pull the data from the LDAP. no user is created on the CCM. i will look into the user groups but i can confirm to you that the users are added only to the Standard CCM End user group.
Thanks for the information
