Users password synchronization between CUC and CUC

Greetings,

We have an AXL integration to import CUCM (11.5) users to the CUC (11.5). The same CUCM is integrated with LDAP directory and some users have permission to administrate CUCM using their AD credentials.

Can the user password (from the LDAP directory) be synchronized between CUCM and CUC?

And do I need CUC integration with LDAP directory, to give permission for CUC users imported from CUCM to administrate the Unity Connection?

Ideally you want to do LDAP integration on CUC just like you have it on CUCM, these are independent of each other but can be and in most cases are the same. Then you would not need AXL integration for the purpose of importing users.

But my wonder here is, can a user authenticate with its user/pass to log in to Unity Communication web application without LDAP integration. Is it possible only with AXL integration between the CUC and CUCM?
