I have a user who's voicemail is looping and scrambling the selections, and she is unable to check her messages. She is the only one having this issue.
Short of deleting her mail box and adding it again, is there a fix for this?
Can you explain in a little more details the steps that this user is able to reproduce this and what they actually hear/are doing? What do you mean by scrambling selections? This isn't a known issue.
