Using a CSV file with Cisco Unity Bulk Import Wizard

I am using Unity 4.0(4) and want to use a csv file to import my users, however I can not seem to find all of the headers to configure the "Message Notification" section. About the only thing that I can find is PAGER1_TEXT_SMTP_ADDRESS, which works but is obviously only a small part of the information needed. Does any one have all of the headers or am I just out of luck. Or if there is another way to do this without manually editing every user after they are imported that would also be great.

Have a look at this document, there is a section on importing users using the CSV file. There are a list of headers which I have used in the past to import users with pager notification.

I have seen and used this document but the column headers are very limited and I want to see if there are more available.
