Using multi language within the Unity system

I would like to ask that when I install multiple languages - i.e. Chinese and English, within the Unity system, how can I or user switch the greeting between these 2 languages?

Moreover, would the TTS detect which language the email content is and TTS engine can choose the right language to read the content of the email?

Switching languages for a user or call handler will only change the system prompts - the custom greetings need to be recorded by you in whatever language you want - there are not multiple sets of greetings you can record in different languages that become active when the language value changes.

No, the TTS engine will not automatically detect the language - it uses the language the subscriber is configured for when playing back a text stream.
