Greetings,
I have an IPCC Auto Attendant Application that I would like to setup to to use the Directory Handler in Unity. What I need to do is have a menu in IPCC do a transfer to a Directory Number that rings directly into a Unity Directory Handler. Since I already an AutoAttendant application I want to be able to have the call go directly into the Directory and not into Unity's regular Auto Attendant, since having both AAs would be a bit redundant. Does anyone have any recommendations on how best to do this. As of right now I have a dummy directory number setup that is setup to forward all calls to VM. I set the Directory handler in Unity to answer to this DN. When I call this number the Unity AA picks up, I am wondering what the best way to have IPCC Express transfer directly to the Unity Directory Handler is.
Thanks,
Joe.

Hi Joe -
Here's how we did ours ...
CTI route point in CCM with DN that forwards all to voicemail. Unity Call handler with extension that matches DN. Call handler has schedule Active all hours, all days. Standard greeting is Blank and after message action is set to go to the Directory handler. This works well for us.
Regards,
Ginger
