Hello All,
I have 11 VC devices(SX 20, DX80 etc) from which when i am joining the Teams cal, call is getting connected but the video and audio of both side get blocked. I have checked with the Firewall team, they said all good from there end.
We have pexip in between, they have asked us to check the UDP por. What you guys think on this ? please help me

Are those devices registered to the cloud or CUCM?
If cloud registered, are you using the MS Teams CVI integration?
Probably the firewall is blocking the UDP ports.
Audio/Video is sent via RTP packets, which is UDP. If those ports are not open, then you are able to establish a call, but won't hear / see anything in both directions.
Check the port reference documentation for the MS Teams CVI integration.
To start with in a quick way: open all UDP ports >= 1025 (in both directions) and check, if you can hear / see something.

Thank you for your reply, really appreciate that.
Devices are registered on CUCM , we are asking help from the Networking team to check these ports.

Are those devices then calling in to MS teams via Expressway as a normal B2B call? Or how do they join?
