I've got a single user (at least who has reported the problem) who occasionally has a visual voicemail issue. About every 3-4 weeks, she presses the messages key, selectes visual voicemail, and receives the "error, contact administrator" message. She then manually reboots the phone and it works fine for another 3-4 weeks.
I've been through the install and conifg guide a few times to confirm that everything is setup correctly. To date I have not received any other complaints from any other employees and have not been able to replicate the problem. She is not the only user on the system, not the only one with that phone model, or the only one with that version of code on the phone.
I'm open for any ideas?
