VMO reply from phone fails

We have Unity 4.0.4 SR1 and VMO 4.0.4 installed. When using VMO we cannot use the phone to reply to a msg. VMO rings the phone, but there is no voice recorded. The msg length stays at 0 secs in the VMO control bar. Playback of a message is working fine. VMO also can record a reply from the local device, just not the phone.

Any ideas?

Sounds like a one way audio issue of some sort here - if the phone is connecting and playback works, that would be my first guess.

Do you see the same issue when composing a new message and recording an introduction to a forwarded message?
