Voice Mail PIN

Hello, How I set default voice mail pin to all users one time from Cisco Unity Connection and give users option to set it by himself ?

Note : Cisco Unity is synced with Active Directory.

go to this path:

CUC web >> Templates >> User Templates >> select >> voicemailusertemplate (or create new one..)

then >> edit >> Password settings >> Choose Voicemail >> check this item >> User Must Change at Next Sign-In >> save

then >> edit >> Change Password >> Choose Voicemail >>  enter a Common PIN you want >> save

then >>  go to Users >> Import Users >>  Find Users in LDAP-Directory >>  Import With Based on your "voicemailusertemplate " (or any template you create in steps before..) >> and finally import your users..

now, they will have that "voicemailusertemplate" which has your Common PIN, and they must change at next sign-in..
