Voice mailbox is not syncing with Exchange mailbox. (Single Inbox Feature)

Hello,

I have a problem with single inbox feature on Cisco Unity Connection version: 9.1.1.

One user is not getting all voice messages into his Outlook, but only some of them randomly.

Test on Unified Messaging Account was successful.

Also I turned off Junk filter and disabled firewall.

I would be appreciate for any ideas how to troubleshoot that.
