I’m having a hard time trying to find documentation show all the features and services that Call Manager 9.x can provide.
I was wondering if there is a document or questionnaire that I can download that will ask customers what features and services that they want enabled when a new Call Manager is implemented.
Also a document that ask customers questions similar to:
- What number do you prefer to dial out?
- Use 3 or 4 digit internal extensions?
- Using existing DIDs or new?
- Cisco Unified Presence?
- CIPC or Jabber?
- AAR / TEHO?
- H323 / SIP Gateways?
These are an example of what I can think of. I know there are lots more that I can’t think about.
I’m sure major companies that implement Cisco Call Manager has a list for questions that they ask their customers before they implement it.
If anyone can please provide me with some information, it would be much appreciated.
