Hi -
We have CUCM System version: 12.5.1.12900-115 with Unity Connection. We have a few users that have reported that they have received voice mails with no indication and do not know they are there until a new voice mail is received, sometimes days later. Our implementation engineer has synced everything and was unable to find anything that would cause this. Anyone have any ideas of things to check? Known bugs, etc.. Thanks for any suggestions!
