Voicemail and Unified Co Resident?

Hi. Is it possible to have both Voicemail and unified messaging running co-resident on a single 7815 server? we have the IPC-COM-BUN, which ships with a single unity server, yet has licenses for both vm and um.

unity vm and exchange can run coresident. the 7815 is quite modest in resources so be sure not to over burden it.

how many users?

Thanks. There will only be about 120 users max, but to start with, I wanted to use the 50vm and 5um licenses that shipped free with the IPC bundle. I was planning to do all the messaging 'off box' on the Exchange server (2000), will this work?

120 user max should be fine for this box.

off box exch 2000 will be best in this scenario anyway since server is a 7815.
