I configure hunt-pilot and when any user Unanswered Calls I redirect to cti route point and this cti has a voicemail.

When I call from any extension to cti route point I hear the custom recording.

But when the call arrive from any extension to hunt-pilot and call is not answer, it go to voicemail but doesn't is the cti route point voicemail.

extension 313 -----call to---- hunt-pilot1435----if no answer---->redirect to---> cti route-point

Hi Guillermo,

I'll just add this note to the great tips from my friend Java (+5 "J")

Here's what you need to do;

To Add an Alternate Extension to an Individual User Account (In CUC)

Step 1 In Cisco Unity Connection Administration, find the user account for which you want to add an alternate extension. This will be the CTI-RP DN number

Step 2 On the Edit menu, select Alternate Extensions.

Step 3 On the Alternate Extensions page, select Add New.

Step 4 On the New Alternate Extension page, in the Phone Type list, select the applicable phone.

Step 5 In the Display Name field, enter a description of the alternate extension.

Step 6 In the Phone Number field, enter the phone number of the alternate extension. This will be the Hunt Pilot DN 1435

Step 7 Select Save.

That's the right behavior, by default CUC (I'll assume you use CUC as you don't mention that) uses the original called number to try and find a mailbox, in this case, the hunt pilot DN. You can simply add that DN as an alternate number to whatever it should match in CUC.
