Hello,
I am using the VUI Phone Menu in Cisco Unity Connection (BE6000) version 9.1 for end users voicemail boxes.
Periodically the system says there are no voice recognition resources and touch tone will need to be used for rest of call. Then it hangs up on the user.
Does anyone know how many VUI sessions are included/capable with Cisco Unity Connection 9.1 on BE6K?
Is this a licensed feature, as it seems to work without license.
Thanks in advance.

Directly tied to the OVA used for the install

Hi
For future reference, here is what I found out:
1) Voice Recognition Interface for mailbox is directly tied to the number of SpeechConnect Licenses. The system comes with two by default even though it says they are not assigned.
2) If a user is set to use Voice Recognition for the phone menu, the system jails them to the number of Speech Ports and does not overflow to the touch tone ports. This seems broken to me.
