We just upgraded to Unity 8.0. I want to totally remove the option for users to mark a voicemail as "Private". I went into voicmail account properties and at the option "Mark messages as private", I selected "Never". However, I still have that option when leaving a message by going into the message options, then special options, delivery options. I don't want the users to have this option at all. How can I remove it?

Changing the "Mark Messages as Private" option, on the Messages page, seems to be related to "unidentified callers" only, per:
...were you calling from a known extension, or from the PSTN?
If you were indeed calling from a telephone number that is not configured anywhere in Unity, then please raise a new TAC service request; as I suspect this may be a new defect.
Kind regards,
Craig

Unidentified callers only?!? That's an interesting concept. Why not make the option unavailable regardless of origin?
I tested from an external number and it works as expected. Thanks for the clarification.
