Hi All,
We are using Webex Connect with CUCM intergration and when we are connected to the LAN we recieve an incoming call we get the notification to accept the call.
When we connect in via IPSec VPN which is fully open, we can successfully dial out and we get 2 way audio, yet when there is an incoming call we do not get a notification and it does not show that you are getting an incoming call.
Can somebody please help me.
