Do you know from your experience if the Webex Contact Center WxCC or UCCX 12.5u2 work with the Cisco CME/PRI(T1/E1) platform?

You can definitely use your CME/PRI with Webex Contact Center. You will need CUBE licenses for this integration.
As for UCCX, the integration used to be possible but I am not sure if that still holds true about the later versions. See if the link below provides any helpful info. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/manual/cmeadm/cmeuccx.html
BTW, you may also want to look at the group call management feature of Webex Calling. It offers a lot of the same functions that WxCC does (call queueing, skills-based call routing, courtesy callback and more). Webex calling can replace your CME for call control as well and if you want to use your PRI trunk for PSTN calling, you can still do that (CUBE licenses required).

Newest CME version doesn't mention UCCX in the supported Voice products list:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/requirements/guide/cme141spc.html
Other way round for UCCX:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_compatibility/matrix/uccxcompat12_0_5_SU2.html
As@TechLvr wrote, theoretically WxCC with CME should work, because WxCC-calls are only SIP calls, no CTI integration with the telephones or something special.
Whatever other protocoll or interfaces are installed on the CME has nothing to do with UCCX and WxCC, because the don't care and don't know about it anyway.
