Hello Dears,
Kindly i just need to know from where should i get start !
Customer need to deploy UCCX with 10 agents and 2 supervisors with WFO
we have already finished the integration and also the script almost be done,
the question where can i download the WFO, how could i integrate the WFO with UCCX
I need to ask about the installation as i have read if it correct the WFO should be installed upon windows server 2008 updated with last R2 and we have to install Microsoft SQL before we install WFO,
please help me out for the WFO installation as the customer need it in order to record the calls also to analyse and monitor the agents as these two feathers from the basic feature of the WFO

OK i'm reading the PDF right now but could you please help me with the ISO
if i need to install it where should i get it i need 11.5 version
also what about the QM All in One OVA its provide single server solution that includes the recording service for voice recording sessions via Server Recording (SPAN)
Is that something away from WFO i mean whats different between WFO and QM ??!
