Hi,
I'm not too familiar with this, but seems I have a midlet problem. An IP phone is stuck on "Initializing" which is connected to a CTS-500.
Found this piece of information in some documentation from Cisco.
"If the phone is stuck in the initializing phase, restart TSPS on the CTS. If after the restart the phone shows “phoneui=xsi,” reboot the CTS."
What is meant by TSPS here ? And, I also can't find anywhere to see if the phone shows "phoneui=xsi" or not.
Best regards
Christian

Hi Christian,
From the codec (CTS) try to restart tsps from the CTS CLI using the following command
utils service restart Telephone_Srvr

Hi Manish,
Thanks ! Ran a reboot earlier, but it didn't help.
But, this command and then a reboot made the problem go away :)
