Hi Guys,
I have in my project two CUCM (Pub and Sub) with VG connected with main SIP line. I want to be able to record the calls for service issue. What is the best solution for this?

There is no shortage of call recording vendors out there. Most are published here:

A few of the top players are Calabrio (Cisco OEMs an older version of their product as Cisco WFO-QM), Zoom Int, and Verint.
