Whats the minimum EXSi requirement for CUCM 11.5, UCCX 11.5 etc

I notice from the CRS compatiability matrix that the recommened version of VMWare is ESXi 6.0 however they dont specify a minimum requirement.

Does anybody know if there is an actual minimum requirement for ESXi versions as we are running CUCM, UCCX and Unity Connection on ESXi version 5.1(U3) and we are wondering if we need to upgrade the ESXi estate before even contemplating all of the voice infrastructure.
