Where to get Unity license file?

I purchased some CUWL Standard licenses, L-CUCM-UWL-PAK.  I registered that PAK number, received the license file, loaded it into my Publisher, and rebooted the Publisher. 

Where do I get the corresponding Unity license file to load into my Unity server?  I don't see any option for it on the \go\license page.

Unity version = 5.0(1.0)

Hi

If I recall correctly, in the CUWL media folder you get a claim certificate with PAK key for Unity. You register this the same way you registered the CCM licenses...

I received this license electronically.  After some more digging, it seems that I have not received all the PAKs that I should have.  My vendor is checking on it for me.
