There really isn't a best fax server - Unity's integration with all 3rd party fax servers is identical and one is not better than the other. Each server has it's ups and downs for cost/functions/desktop clients etc... that all depends on what you plan to do with it.
From Unity's side of the fence, we send outbound faxes through a standard fax gateway all 3rd party fax servers that work with Exchange support - Unity is not aware of (and does not care) specifically which fax server is on the other end of that gateway.
Inbound is about the same - as long as the faxes are tagged with a unique message class (i.e. IPM.Note.Fax) that we can filter on, we're good to go. Nearly all fax servers do this.
so the short story is all fax servers "integrate" equally well with Unity - the choice of servers depends on your use models and needs.

Hi Jeff
Thanks for your information.
I'll going to test some from the list of supported faxes servers.

I tested a couple and found that the one I liked the most was not a Cisco supported one...XMedius Fax. Go to XMedius.com and check it out.
It's a true VoIP faxing solution as some others are not. Installation was a sinch, integration with Exchange and AD was a sinch...total time from start to finish was less than a few hours and we were up and running.
It's a sweet solution.

Yeah, I'm not real sure what the deal is with the official support of XMedius - it should be supported. It works fine with Unity and a number of sites are using it. Not sure what it'll take to get it on the list of supported fax servers... I'll make some inquires.

Hi Neil
Thanks for your information,
Then what about the integration with Unity, is there any with XMedius?
Can we use the Unity to "read" the fax received by XMedius?
If I use T.38 with is the requirements of router ram?
Thanks for again for your cooperation.
Kind Regards
