While calling a ext number i need to give a promt using cucm

HI Team 

While calling a ext number 2067 i need to issue a promt saying the number is changed call 12234. 

for this i created  cti route point  as 2067 and assign that to Line group 

Image attached LG  and attached the sample what i did for huntpilot .

Note inthe setup no unity there so trying workaround Please advise if i am doing wrong

AFAIK the announcement is only playing when the call is queued and for this you’d need to have an “agent” logged into the line group and be in a call so that the call is put into the queue.
