While the caller is leaving a VM, it is possible to “listen in.”

We have CUC 8.6. Is this possible? Assume that a caller should dial my line

and I hit idivert, the caller would be auto-answered by VM.  While the caller

is leaving a VM, it is possible to “listen in.”  If it was a call that I

wanted to take, I could hit another button to barge into the VM call to

physically take the call.

Hi Corri,

 

That feature was available in "old" Unity versions and was called "Message Monitor" - live call screening, but it's not available in any Unity Connection version.
