8945 Corporate Directory shows Host Not Found

Dear Friends

We have CUCM version 11 in my environment. Corporate Directory is not working it shows ' Host not found" in IP phone 8945 model. Other IP phone models 7911, 7945, 6911,7965,7975 and DX650 are showing and working fine.

Please advise.
