I have set this up for attendant console.
pilot 2000, member 1000(ext) and 3000(vm pilot). In unity I set subscriber 2000. In ccm I have created voicemalprofiles.xml to reflect the voicemail profile name and voicemail pilot number.
My expected result is if 1000 busy, call will end in pilot's mailbox 2000. But it didn't. Anything could be wrong? Thanks

Did the call end up in Unity at all? If so, use the Call Viewer to check what shows up as the Calling, Dialed, Forwarding numbers and call Reason.

Call ends in unity but in general greeting not the ac pilot mailbox. calling number is 4001, dialed number is 2000(voicemail number).no forwarding number. reason is direct.

Ok, there's no default routing rule in Unity that'll send a direct call to a subscriber greeting. I don't have any guesses why CCM is not sending the call as Forwarded but I can suggest a possible workaround within Unity.
In the Call Routing table for Direct Calls, add a new rule. Maybe call it "Direct to Greeting". Set the action for this rule to be Attempt Forward.
What this will do is take direct calls and attempt to match the Dialed number to a Subscriber or Call Handler. Unlike, Attempt Forward for Forwarded Calls, this rule will first try the transfer settings for the matching Handler. So you'll want transfers disabled for x2000 (i.e. set to "send directly to greeting"). If no match is found for the Dialed number then Call Routing will proceed to the next rule in the table and continue as normal.
Hope this helps,
Eric
