cannot select template for Unity connection on Prime Provisioning 10.5

Hi Guys,

 

I'm having an interesting issue. Provisioning has synchronized with CUCM adn UC successfully.

However, when I created a new Service Area, I'm able to select  "Location/Patition/DevicePool" for CUCM, but couldn't select "Subscriber Template" for UC. Only UC default templated is available, the customized one isn't available.

But from provisioning report,  it shows UC has two "Subscriber Template",  you can see the attached screenshot.

 

Any idea on this issue?

Symptom:
Customized voicemail Service Templates are not listed in the service template attribute in voicemail provisioning.

Conditions:
This issue occurs only while placing change order for voicemail. Note that there is no issue in adding voicemail service.

Workaround:
Expand the Advance Order Configuration tab and set values for the attributes that need to be modified explicitly during change voicemail order.
