Hello All, I'm Implementing Cisco Unified Workforce Optimization primarily for call recording but I am confused on the licensing. I received a part code of CCX-10-CR-LIC but does this get registered to the CCX, should it go against the QC application or have I got the incorrect part completely?
Thanks in advance
Paul

The WFO product gets its licensing from the CCX server when it connects, the license should be installed on the CCX server.

OK thanks George. Once I have added the license to CCX can I then go to the WFO add the users and add the capabilities? Also are the licenses cumulative i.e. if I have 10 licenses, can I define 20 users and as long as more than 10 are not in use at any one time. they will be OK?
Thanks

Correct, you can go to WFO and license users. I dont think you can define 20 users if you only have 10 users, as part of the provisioning in WFO, you have to license a user for recording capability so it doesnt take into effect if an user is logged in or not.

Brilliant. A nice straight forward answer.
Thanks George.

Hi George, I'm having problems syncing the CC database. The user is uccxworkforce by default but I dont remember defining this user. The check list of QC says to check the user password. I did create the user a s a normal end user in cucm then in ccx gave it admon rights so it should have access to the data base but I still get an error about SyncServer error Exception while getting DB connection (-1)
any ideas?
p.s. I hate this product it is so difficult to install.
