Cisco Unity Call handlers

Hi ,

I configured call handler in Unity with caller input(key). But call action doesn't work ( not transfer to extension). Please advise.

Does your Unity SIP trunk or voicemail ports have the correct CSS in CUCM?

Hi Aaron,

Yes those are correct & voice mail is functioning properly. Only call handler doesn't work.

It is CSS issue

Make sure the call handler is set to allow transfers to non-user extensions.
