End customer with Unity 5.x in UM/AD integration.
All of a sudden (according to them anyway) when they try to use SA audio tool it will ask for domain level user authenticaion. They log into SA no problem as UnityAdmin or UnityInstall both of which have full integration with AD. Permissions Wizard says all is good too. No combination of known Unity centric user credentials seems to work.
I cannot find any references on Cisco.com support for this nor have I located anything in this support forum (yet).
Anyone have any ideas?
