CME License for 4321 basic router

I need to know about licensing with part code and installation of CME licenses on ISR4321 basic router.

Hi,

The CME license part code is CME-UL. This license requires a Cisco Smart Account. Please check below URL's for smart license registration on CME router:

Also, make sure your router has UC license (SL-4320-UC-K9) installed on it as this is licenses is needed to activate voice features.
