CSIM Command Not Working with CCM 4.2?

I was setting up a router/gateway for a new location and used the CSIM command to test the dial-peer. The command completed correctly but the phone I was calling did not ring. I tried the command on two other online routers that I know were working and I get the same thing. We are running CCM Ver 4.2(1)sr1a. Any idea what could be the issue?

Are you trying to use CSIM with an MGCP gateway? I don't believe CSIM will not work correctly with MGCP dial-peers. I have used it only on H323 dial-peers.

Is the gateway MGCP or H.323? If MGCP, you will need the destination-pattern command for the csim command to work.

The gateway is H323. Again this was working with my other h323 gateways now they're not working either.

Can you paste your configs ? (mask out public ip addresses - if any, passwords or any other sensitive info)
