Hello,
I have the problem that at least all of my CUCM Users have been configured with voicemail boxes in the past. For some reasons all of the voiceboxes got lost in CUC.
Now CUCM thinks all users have voiceboxes and doesn´t allow to add a box for the endusers - only the "edit cisco unity user" link is provided. An import from CUC side fails because all users seem to have a flag which says that they already have boxes.
Is there a way to change this behaviour?
My CUCMBE has Version 8.6.2 and is LDAP integrated.
I don´t have to worry about the old boxes. It is absolutely ok if I am able to create a new box for all of my CUCM Endusers.

Hi all,
in the meantime the problem is solved.
There is a useful CLI command which solves the problem:
utils cuc users bulk_clean_orphans both
BTW: does anybody know how to mark this thread as solved?
