Hi
Currently I have CUEAC 9.0.1.10 integrated with CUCM 8.6
Is there a way to show for External incoming calls the Caller ID (Caller Party Number) and CNAM (Calling Party Name) in the CUxAC console?
Currently I see only the Caller ID in the queue. Once the call has been answered by the Receptionist then she sees the CNAM.
She will like to see the CNAM in the queue before answering the call, so she can know in advance who is calling.

It used to be a limitation on CTI but it is now possible.
We therefore have it on the roadmap however I could not say what version and when this would be at the moment.

Hi Carlito,
You can only see the name of the caller with the call if a contact exists in the directory with the same incoming number.

Do you know if this feature (display CNAM on incoming calls) is on the roadmap, or is more like a limitation on the CTI side.
