CUEAC: Pickup Calls

Hi @all,

one of our customers likes to use the CUAC Department Edition, to pickup calls ringing on other phones. For sure, the ringing is indicated, but the receptionist is unable to pickup the call, using the CUAC.

Am i missing something or is this just a lacking feature?

This will have to be done through the phones pickup settings. As far as I know cuac does not support call pickup through cti

The CUAC suite is intended to answer calls that are programmed to be answered by it.  For example when you setup a queue with a DN, calls to that DN can be answered via the software.  If you want to give the "receptionist" the ability to answer calls to other DN's, I would suggest doing a forward to from the DN's in question to the Queue DN of the CUAC or even placing the Queue DN within a pickup group.
