You need to ask verisign for the root CA to upload it to the EXP- C/E, verisign should also be able to tell you about their CRL servers.
You can also google "verisign crl distribution point" to get them.

So the root CA will be uploaded under trusted CA certificate. Then my signed certificate I get for both EXP-C/E will be uploaded to their receptive servers and I should be good to go at that point I take it? As I am not planing on using TLS inside the firewall I should not have to add the security profile names or the CUCM certificates correct?
Thanks Again!
