Hi we have 11.5 cucm ,am using CIPC and configured extension mobility feature , when i pressed message button am getting HOST NOT FOUND .
1.I changed the dns name in the url with IP address and changed in the Enterprise parameter also
2.IN the CIPC sevice URL is empty.
Kindly help on this .

Have you reviewed the following:
Can you please post screen shots showing you service config, service active on the host you are trying to enable and all other post.
Also you have confirmed that this is not working for more than just CIPC phones correct, it is not working for internal hard phones?

Yes , I verified all the steps as in that document and for all the phones its not working .
server is added with DNS name to the Call manager not with IP Address .

Are your certificates valid? Or are they expired?
Is the EM service running?
Have you restarted the service?

All certificate are valid and Not Expired .
Yes ,EM service is running and restarted EM service and Tomcat service .
