I have numerous UC clients that we work on randomly (from daily to once a month). We help them with anything from MACDs to MoH files to dial peers, to UCCE/X -- you name it.
For every new fix or change request we have to figure out how that customer is set up. Some of the customers we sort of remember, some of them we don't, we may confuse one customer with another, and any of them may have had changes made (by us or by the customer.)
What are the options out there for giving us a live run-down, summary, or diagram of a given UC environment?
How does Netbrain work on UC elements?
Does RTMT do something like I'm looking for?
Does the SolarWinds tool (NPM?) have any value?
It doesn't have to be free, for sure.
I'm looking for dynamic mapping of UC topology, so no matter what changes have been made, this will show us what we are working on.
Something like this:

Hi,
RTMT does not give you topology level details as per your requirement, it is primarily to set up alerts, monitor server health and collecting traces. Prime Collaboration Assurance is one of the products that you can explore though as detailed in the following links
