Now we try to do performance report for CUCM cluster and I try to use PRTG tools.

Please suggest me for configuration about CUCM integrate with PRTG

We would like to monitor

CPU

Memory

Disk

Network

I have not worked with PRTG, but have you checked this page on their website? They also have other Cisco pages there as well with config guides.

I prefer cacti myself, but PRTG should work well.  You'll need to enable SNMP on your call manager cluster, routers, switches, - anything you want to monitor.  After SNMP is enabled, PRTG should have no problem connecting to the device to be monitored.
