Recover deleted messages Unity Connection

Is there a way to undelete a voicemail message in Unity Connection 11.x?

If they have been permanently deleted, there is no way to recover them.

Jaime - thanks for your response. You wrote "permanently". Are there different types of deleted? Maybe a "marked for deletion" but not yet purged? How can I tell?
