I believe the memory installed on my NME-CUE module has quit working. The following can be observed when it boots:
Nmi Npx0 Dly P92 Sha0 Kbd0 Cmos Pci Dma0 PrtB Tim Exp Rfsh Geom
Initializing memory. Please wait.
It then is stuck indefinitely at this stage until the ISR resets the module on its own repeating the process. Does anyone know what memory P/N's this CUE needs? I believe it's a MiniDIMM. ECC? Registered? Latency and speed?
Thanks for any help on this.

I believe changing memory is not an option in this scenario. Replacing entire module will solve the issue.

Got it working again. Kingston KVR667D2M5/512 is apparently recognized by this module. Thanks to Veera for the contribution.
