Sip call failing for 911

Hi all,

I've been having some issues identifying why the call to 911 fails. I did a debug on the voice-gateway and the following errors shows:

Apr 23 13:59:54.614: //-1/xxxxxxxxxxxx/SIP/Error/get_content_length: Could not get Content-length

Apr 23 13:59:54.618: //1369958/E8D18C119EC5/SIP/Error/sipSPICheckReliableProvStringtag: Unable to access supported header values

Apr 23 13:59:54.618: //-1/xxxxxxxxxxxx/SIP/Error/rtpAvpCodec_to_voipCodec: Unexpected RTP PayloadType :255 in SDP Body

Apr 23 13:59:54.618: //-1/xxxxxxxxxxxx/SIP/Event/sipSPIEventInfo: Queued event from SIP SPI : SIPSPI_EV_CC_OPTIONS_RESP

Post full "debug ccsip messages", and check with provider if they support 911 dialing as some SIP providers do not.
