System Call Handler vs User

So have a situation where we created a user with an extension of 3333.  Under in put settings we picked to press 9 which will take you to greetings admin.  However I am unable to log into it.  Instead I get an error that you are not listed as the owner of any call handler.  I tried to use 3333 as the user ID and my own personal extension as well.

So next I ended up creating a System Call Handler and then I assigned myself as one of the owner under Call Handler Owner.  Now I am able to remotely change the greetings and stuff.  However I don't see the capability where I can put an email address so that when users leave voicemail I get it in my email.  Is it possible to accomplish that with System Call Handler?

The greetings administrator is for Call Handlers only and not user account greetings. By default for this user 3333 account, you would press * to bypass the greeting. It will then ask you for the pin of the 3333 user account then press #. Once you press # you will be in the user account settings for the account where you can record greetings, enable alternate greeting, etc. just like your own personal voicemail account.
