Unity Connection - remove or disable US English Locale

Hi,

Just wondered if there is a way to remove or disable the default US English locale in Unity Connection.  Most of our installations are 11.5, but if there are version-specific methods then that would be good to know as well.

I am not aware of a way to remove default US locate, but you should be able to change all behavior to whatever locale you prefer by installing the locale and setting up everything to use it instead.

Thanks,  I must admit that I thought it probably not possible.   

FYI the reason for asking was a fault reported recently where the user's recorded greetings weren't coming into effect.  It turned out that although in general everything was set to the local language the setting for "Language That Callers Hear" had been left as the default "Inherit Language from Caller".  Inconveniently that means that not only is the user offered a choice of languages to record, but the US option is offered first meaning that an inattentive user could easily and unwittingly select US, and then his customer greeting will never come into effect.

Clearly the tactical solution is to hard-code "Callers Hear" to the correct language.

It just made me think it would be nice to disable the US locale altogether.
