in a unified message situation, if people on the remote office retrieve voicemail from phone, will the message stream be from unity or from exchange server directly? The reason I am asking this if for QOS design. Thanks

When a subscriber listens to a message over the phone by using the TUI, the message is streamed on demand from the Exchange home server to the subscriber's Unity server.
